Personalized 1:1 Instruction provides individualized, teacher-led learning tailored to your child’s academic needs and goals.
Sessions include direct instruction in reading or math with customized planning based on skill level, progress, and learning style.
This option may be used for skill development, targeted intervention, or as part of a homeschool learning plan for core instruction in a specific subject area.

Academic Support sessions provide guided instruction using students’ current schoolwork or parent-provided materials in reading, literacy, and/or math.
These sessions are designed to strengthen understanding, build confidence, and support consistent academic growth.
This option works well for students completing classroom assignments, homeschool learners, or children practicing targeted skills at home. Parents provide all materials and learning goals as needed.
$45 for 45 minutes (per session)
$55 for 60 minutes (per session)

Small Group Learning provides structured instruction in a collaborative setting with 2-4 students.
Students receive guided support in reading and/or math while benefiting from peer interaction and shared learning experiences.
Instruction can be customized to support the group’s overall skill level and learning goals, or the group can focus on parent-provided materials (parents do not have to supply the same materials for all students).
This option is ideal for families seeking a more affordable learning experience while still receiving personalized support in a small group setting.
2 students- $50 for 60 minutes (per student, per session)
3 students- $45 for 60 minutes (per student, per session)
4 students- $40 for 60 minutes (per student, per session)

Attendance and Cancellation
The following outlines Wildflower Learning’s cancellation policy:
Consistency is important for student progress.
Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice.
Whenever possible, sessions may be rescheduled within the same week rather than canceled.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
As a one-time courtesy per family, one missed appointment may be waived at the discretion of Wildflower Learning.
After this courtesy, all missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged in full.
Prepaid 4-session packs are subject to the same cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be counted as used.
Virtual sessions may be available during times of traveling or illness.
I understand that illness and emergencies happen. Families are always encouraged to communicate as early as possible when changes arise.

We’ll talk through your child’s needs, goals, and learning style, and you can ask any questions you have. It’s a relaxed way to see if we’re a good fit and if our availability lines up.

After our free meet-and-greet, if we decide to move forward, we will establish a recurring weekly day and time. You will then receive an invoice through our secure payment platform.
Payment is due prior to each session.

Yes. We accept Step Up For Students scholarships for eligible families. If you plan to use your scholarship, please mention it in your inquiry so I can guide you through the next steps.

Summer sessions are currently full.
Starting August 10th, school year sessions will be available from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. There will also be weekend availability as needed.

Yes, whenever possible. Weekly recurring time slots are reserved to provide consistency and routine.

Travel within 10 miles of the West Melbourne Public Library (2755 Wingate Blvd 32904) is included.
Additional travel may include a mileage fee based on the current IRS standard mileage rate. -
Each parent in the group books and pays for their own child individually. Groups work best when formed with peers who have similar learning needs, so it's a good idea to coordinate with other parents before booking.
There may be an option for me to form groups if there is enough interest. Please let me know if you are interested in moving your child from 1:1 to a small group if the opportunity arises.

Yes. Sessions are not a drop-off service, so a parent or guardian must remain present or nearby.
For Small Group Instruction sessions, one supervising adult may stay for the group.

While I prefer in-person sessions to maximize instruction, virtual sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis or when necessary due to travel or illness.
