Attendance and Cancellation

The following outlines Wildflower Learning’s cancellation policy:

• Consistency is important for student progress.

• Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice.

• Whenever possible, sessions may be rescheduled within the same week rather than canceled.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

• As a one-time courtesy per family, one missed appointment may be waived at the discretion of Wildflower Learning.

• After this courtesy, all missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged in full.

• Prepaid 4-packs are subject to the same cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be counted as used.

I understand that illness and emergencies happen. Families are always encouraged to communicate as early as possible when changes arise.
