Terms & Conditions
Wildflower Learning
Welcome to Wildflower Learning. These Terms & Conditions apply to all inquiries, Meet-and-greet consultations, and any future educational services provided if you choose to enroll.
1. Services
Wildflower Learning provides individualized, student-centered learning support for children. Services may include tutoring, academic enrichment, and foundational skill development in areas such as reading, writing, and early learning skills.
Instruction is tailored to each child and may include hands-on learning, movement-based activities, and interest-led approaches designed to support engagement and confidence.
2. Meet-and-greet / Enrollment
A Meet-and-greet may be required prior to ongoing sessions to ensure alignment between the family’s needs and the services provided.
A Meet-and-greet and/or future services may be scheduled once:
Intake information is completed
Agreement to these Terms & Conditions is confirmed
Wildflower Learning reserves the right to determine whether services are a good fit in order to maintain a supportive learning environment for all students.
3. Attendance & Cancellation
With the understanding that consistency is important for student progress, the following outlines Wildflower Learning’s cancellation policy:
Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice.
Whenever possible, sessions may be rescheduled within the same week rather than canceled.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
As a one-time courtesy per family, one missed appointment may be waived at the discretion of Wildflower Learning.
After this courtesy, all missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged in full.
Prepaid 4-packs are subject to the same cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours' notice will be counted as used.
I understand that illness and emergencies happen. Families are always encouraged to communicate as early as possible when changes arise.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking or enrollment.
Payment is due as scheduled based on the selected service or funding method.
Families using Step Up for Students or similar funding programs are responsible for ensuring eligibility and proper authorization.
Any services not covered by funding become the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Services may be paused if payments are delayed or unresolved.
5. Communication
Clear and respectful communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Primary communication methods include email and/or text.
Responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days.
Scheduling changes should be communicated as soon as possible.
6. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
Ensuring timely arrival and pickup
Supporting consistent attendance
Communicating relevant updates about their child
Remaining available and within reasonable proximity during sessions, as needed
Wildflower Learning is an educational service and not a childcare drop-off program. Children must be prepared and ready to participate at the start of each session.
For small-group sessions, one designated parent or guardian may remain present to support the group as needed, depending on the session's structure.
7. Learning Environment & Behavior
Every child deserves a safe, respectful, and supportive learning space.
If a child consistently struggles to engage safely or respectfully during sessions, we will communicate with the family to determine appropriate next steps. Services may be paused or adjusted if needed to support the child and maintain a positive learning environment.
8. Safety & Liability
Wildflower Learning provides educational instruction only and does not offer medical, therapeutic, or clinical services.
By participating in sessions, families acknowledge that learning activities may involve movement, hands-on materials, and general classroom-style engagement. Parents/guardians agree to release Wildflower Learning from liability except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
9. Photos & Media (Optional)
From time to time, Wildflower Learning may take photos of learning activities for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
These images are never shared with identifying information.
Photos will only be used if a parent or guardian has explicitly provided consent.
Consent may be given during enrollment and can be withdrawn at any time by notifying Wildflower Learning in writing.
10. Changes to Services
Wildflower Learning reserves the right to:
Adjust availability or scheduling as needed
Modify services or pricing with notice
Discontinue services if a mismatch in fit or capacity arises
11. Agreement
By scheduling a Meet-and-greet or enrolling in ongoing services with Wildflower Learning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
